Password Changing Arrangements
Staff and students should change their passwords through Queen's Online. Please login and
select the Change Password function which is listed under the heading Other
The password changing service can be accessed directly here.
Please contact the Helpdesk if you are having difficulties changing your password.
The location and opening hours for the Helpdesk may be found here.
There is one exception to this: staff who use authenticated smtp service should change their
password for this service via the form below. The passwords for email and the smtp service will
not be synchronised in future. More Information.

The form below should only be used by staff changing their smtp authentication password do not use if you have not read the information above.
This form will not change your QOL, email or NDS password. We recommend that if you are in any doubt you should change password in both locations.
